Semi transparent layers of everchanging video imagery were the centerpiece of this 2008 stage design. A city skyline of high resolution LED video screens stood in front of two low resolution horizontal video panels, imagery from one bled through the other. Live camera footage and custom video content mixed together, with an emphasis on op-art patterns, high contrast black and white, duotone and infrared effects. The asymetrical lighting design was large scale yet minimal, framing the band and stage with broad strokes of color.
